We offer you three options to meet your needs, as well as a specific cancellation policy for official restrictions:
Book with this option to get the best possible price with a non-refundable cancellation policy.
In case of cancellation up to 14 days before arrival, regardless of the reason, you will receive a voucher for the total amount paid, redeemable for any other stay without villa limitation.
In case of cancellation up to 14 days before arrival, regardless of the reason, you can choose between a refund of the amount paid minus cancellation fees (8% of the booking amount) or a voucher for 100% of the amount paid.
We offer a full refund of the amount paid for any of our rates if your stay cannot take place for any of the following reasons:
- Quarantine of at least 7 days to enter Spain.
- Temporary closure of borders (exit border of the country of origin or entry into Spain).
- Perimeter closure preventing entry into the Valencian Community.
- Sectoral closure (prohibition of the rental of holiday homes in Spain or in the province of Alicante).
Cancellation window for specific official restrictions: Between 14 and 7 days before the arrival date or the day before arrival if the reason for cancellation occurs within the last 7 days before arrival.

The temporary cession (for the rented period) of the entire furnished, clean, and fully equipped property for immediate use as a tourist accommodation or as a non-tourist accommodation, including, where applicable, the provision of hotel services, in accordance with the specific and general terms and conditions detailed at www.abahanavillas.com.

Once you have chosen the property you want, you just have to let us know which payment method you prefer and we will send you a pre-booking, which blocks the villa until 12:00 p.m. the next day so you can make your first payment. Once we have received it, we will send you a booking confirmation.
Our booking's team is at your disposal every day to advise you in multiple languages, adapting to your schedules and preferences.
If you wish to make an online booking, first enter our home page (www.abahanavillas.com) to search, filter and compare the available villas for the dates of your preference. Once you have chosen the property that suits your needs and that you like the most, click on the "Book" button and let yourself be guided by our intuitive online booking process. There are only two steps: Configure Booking and Payment.
Accepted online payment systems are Visa, Mastercard or Maestro bank cards. If you want to pay by bank transfer or have any questions, do not hesitate to contact our booking department.
After you have made the first payment or the full payment of your booking, you will immediately receive an automatic confirmation email!
There are 4 payment options:
- 10% - 90% installments: Available if the booking is more than 30 days before the arrival date.
1st installment: 10% to pay upon booking.
2nd installment: 90% to pay at least 31 days before your arrival. - 50% - 50% installments: Available if the booking is made more than 7 days before the arrival date.
1st installment: 50% to pay upon booking.
2nd installment: 50% to pay at least 7 days before your arrival. - Monthly installments: Available if the booking is made more than 180 days in advance.
- Single payment: Always available. The full amount of the booking must be paid to confirm it. This payment option is mandatory for all bookings made less than 7 days before their arrival. A 5% discount can be obtained with this payment option, as long as the booking has been made at least 31 days before arrival.
No, payments are not automatically charged on your bank card. You must access your user zone and make each payment personally and before their expiration dates.
If you want to extend your booking after it has been confirmed, you can check if it is possible from your user zone or contact our booking department.
If you want to move dates, you must consult what is indicated in our General conditions of use and rental in clause 3.12.
The payment method cannot be modified after a booking has been confirmed, but the payment system may be different if you wish (eg first payment by bank card, second by transfer).
In your user zone you will find all the information you need about your bookings and the status of your payments. If you do not have a user account on our website, you can quickly create it from www.abahanavillas.com/en/login. Remember to use the email address you provided when making your booking.
In all our bookings we require a security deposit, the amount of which varies according to the characteristics of the villa. It is a way to guarantee the good use and conservation of the furniture, as well as the equipment and other conditions reflected in the rental contract.
The warranty deposit will be unlocked or returned within 7 days of your departure, as long as the correct state of the accommodation has been verified.
When you make the first payment and for your complete security, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your booking.
Many of our villas are pet friendly. You can get this information on our website by visiting the villa's page, or simply by asking our booking team.
If the villa is pet friendly or your request is accepted by the owner, remember you will be asked to pay a small fee of 50 € for each pet.
Our online check-in process allows you to provide the mandatory registration information about the guests in your booking quickly and easily.
In accordance with current regulations on public safety and traveler control, the registration of all guests staying at the property is mandatory, including minors accompanied by responsible adults. Abahana Villas will facilitate this process during the booking procedure through a secure digital platform. Full registration of all occupants must be completed before the start of the stay, as it is an essential condition for accessing the property.

Key collection must take place at the office address indicated in the reservation. It is strictly prohibited to go directly to the villa, as it is mandatory to confirm that the registration of all guests has been completed and that our cleaning team has fully finished cleaning the villa and carried out the corresponding quality inspection prior to check-in. For safety reasons, cleaning staff are not authorized to allow guests into the villa if check-in has not been completed.
In the event that the guest arrives after the time indicated in the contract, they must contact Abahana Villas to arrange handover of keys (Late Check-In).
Upon arrival we will need your identity document or passport and a credit card to withhold the warranty deposit.
Departures must take place before 10:00 a.m. in the morning and the house's keys must always be returned to the Check-In office where they were collected from.

Ha sido una experiencia inolvidable. La casa está muy bien equipada y en una situación idónea cerca de la playa y entorno montañoso muy bonito. Especial mención al gran pino que hay en la parcela, el cual hace que no se note el calor en todo el día. La piscina muy bien cuidada y de tamaño normal (en las fotos parece un poco más grande) Lo que yo sugeriría es poner mosquiteras en todas las ventanas, ya que de tenerlas abiertas por el calor entran bastante. También se echa en falta aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones y salones de la casa, sobre todo en la planta de arriba que da el sol todo el día y se nota mucho. Por otro lado, el servicio técnico nos solucionó el problema que tuvimos con la mayor celeridad posible. Muy contentos en este aspecto. Lo único malo que podemos remarcar es que no estaba el columpio de las fotos y que deberían de tener en cuenta es la limpieza de la parte de fuera, ya que cuando llegamos estaba todo lleno de pinocha y hojas de los algarrobos que hay en césped y eso deberían haberlo tenido más que recogido a la entrada. Pequeñas cosas a tener en cuenta pero en general fue GENIAL!!!

Éramos un grupo de unas 10 personas y pasamos una semana muy agradable. Lo que mas me gusto de la casa era su ubicación, privacidad y sus 7 habitaciones. Podías ir al Restaurante Entrepinos a 5 minutos andando para tomar un café, desayunar o comer. La cala mas cercana era la de Pinets a unos 15 minutos andando y de esta comunicarse con las otras dos calas contiguas en apenas 10 minutos andando por sendas arregladas y valladas que comunican varias calas entre sí. Son calas sin vigilancia ni servicios de la Cruz Roja, pero en la de la Fustera si que había restaurante a pie de playa. Son calas un poco salvajes con muy poca arena y mucha piedra, pero son bonitas, con buenas vistas y poco concurridas si bien no la recomendaría para niños pequeños. Pero están las playas de Calpe a 15 minutos en coche para todos los públicos con fácil aparcamiento cerca y estas playas si que ya son vigiladas y con todos los servicios habituales. Para la compra tienes de todo en Calpe, Mercadona, Lidl, Consum, etc., con fácil acceso en coche a todos ellos. Pensé que tendríamos problemas al haber solo dos cuartos de baño para 10 personas, pero la verdad es que no fue el caso. Casi toda la vida la haces en el exterior en la mesa que hay debajo del enorme pino que da sombra a gran parte de la casa y la mesa, donde desayunábamos, comíamos y cenábamos. No me gusta estar bajo los pinos porque sueltan resina pero no era el caso de este gran pino que no tiraba nada de resina, eso si caían pinochas secas de vez en cuando pero no eran molestas y además útiles para iniciar el fuego de la barbacoa. Lo que menos me gusto, pero no supuso ningún problema, es que el acceso a la casa es compartido con otro vecino, que es el dueño de A l'Ombra, pero ambas casas están lo suficientemente alejadas y separadas la una de la otra. Y quizás la piscina, que la vi algo pequeña para las 14 personas que caben en la casa, pero aun así la disfrutamos todos. Dos recomendaciones de mejora para el dueño: 1) La mesa exterior tiene una lampara rustica con 5 bombillas exageradamente luminosas, solo poníamos una de ellas porque con dos de ellas molestaba a la vista, tan sencillo como cambiar las bombillas por otras no tan potentes. 2) Algunas puertas interiores no cerraban bien y en el piso superior la puerta de acceso general no tiene maneta exterior por lo que si se cerraba la puerta sin querer, te dejas la llave dentro y no hay nadie dentro no hay manera de acceder a la vivienda ya que todas las ventanas están enrejadas. Por ultimo indicar que en la finca hay un gato, supongo que del vecino, muy sociable que se dejaba acariciar por todos nosotros que éramos totalmente desconocidos, es un gato muy sociable, limpio y arreglado. Eso si ponedle algún recipiente con agua para beber o lo veréis bebiendo de alguno de vuestros vasos cuando tenga sed.

La Villa tiene una excelente ubicación y corresponde totalmente con lo publicitado. Nos alojamos 3 familias de un total de 14 miembros y salimos encantadísimos. Lo más positivo: el entorno de la barbacoa y plaza central a la sombra de un árbol enorme, la piscina en perfecto estado, y que consta de 2 plantas independientes con un total de 7 dormitorios dobles, algunos de ellos incluso con aire acondicionado y tanto las camas como los colchones muy cómodos. Como parte negativa, que sólo tiene 2 aseos -ya así lo indicaba- (uno por planta) y que el lavavajillas no funcionaba correctamente (distribuía agua pero no salía caliente). También penalizar que a nuestra llegada no nos encontráramos con algún producto de limpieza (ni fregaplatos, ni pastilla de lavavajillas alguna, ni mochos, ni fregasuelos, ni jabón de manos, ni trapos, ni estropajos) .....nada de nada. Llegamos en día festivo y TODOS los supermercados en el área de 10 kilómetros estaban cerrados. Afortunadamente, el personal de Abahanavillas, nos hizo llegar en poco más de 2 horas un par de mochos y un fairy con un estropajo, con los que al menos pudimos resolver el entuerto hasta el siguiente día hábil. También agradecer a Abahanavillas que nos permitieran modificar el horario de checking tanto a la entrada como a la salida con la máxima facilidad, al no solaparse con otras reservas. Por lo demás, sin duda repetiremos si tenemos ocasión.

La casa, realmente podríamos decir que son dos casas en una, divididas en dos plantas, ambas con su salón, cocina y baño. Perfecto para dos familias. Solo como mejora a comentar que el aire acondicionado está solo en las habitaciones, por lo que no llega al salón si no enciendes varias máquinas, y en algún caso hacía calor. Y la televisión ndel salón de abajo no tenía buen sonido. Pero por lo demás perfecto. Lo mejor el gran jardín si vas con niños y la piscina, muy agojedor .
